Change & cancellation policy

For coaching session human design reading & holistic therapy treatments

  • Cancellations can be notified during the following times: Monday-Sunday 9am-7pm.

  • Cancellations outside of 48 hours receive a full refund, within within 48 hours 50% refund. Cancellation within 24 hours (or in the case of a no show) 100% cancellation fee. 

  • Cancellations can be made by text message, phone call, email. 

  • Cancellations will be confirmed and validated via text or email

  • Treatment bookings- CONTRAINDICATIONS - If you do not let us know of any special medical conditions that may prevent you from having a treatment at the time of booking we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fully accommodate you on your visit. Cancellation of treatments is subject to the FULL COST *of the treatment

Classes, training courses & workshops

  • ​Any class, training course or workshop cancelled within 48hours of the class or workshop date cannot be refunded or transferred.

  • Cancellations outside of 48hours can be transferred to another date but this can only be done once. 

  • I do not offer refunds for classes, 1-2-1 sessions or workshops. 
     

Holistic Therapy Sessions

  • Min age requirement for a treatment with Louise is 18 years 

 

BOOKING PROCEDURE

  • Please go to the online booking system to book your session . 

  • The confirmation email will confirm your appointment time, this will include full details or where to find us and full details of the cancellation policy.


RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE SERVICE
I reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time.  You may be liable for payment of the terminated session.  In the case of a pre paid session or a gift voucher, it may be considered used if any of the following apply.

Reasons may include (but are not limited to):

  • Medical conditions or illnesses that can affect therapist's health eg. Cold, cough, flu etc. Please check -CONTRAINDICATIONS

  • Poor  hygiene 

  • Being rude or disrespectful


CONTRAINDICATIONS
Please declare any medical conditions at the time of booking. A contraindication is a situation when a treatment should not be performed. For example, fever, contagious diseases such as cold or flu, recent operations, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, skin diseases or diarrhoea. If you are suffering from any medical condition please advise at time of booking or contact Louise to discuss. . 

LATE ARRIVALS
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you.
 

  •  If you arrive late your massage will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointment follow yours.

  • Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment  Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment for the “full” session. 

  • If you know that you are not going to make the session and don't want to be charged for it then please see "CANCELLATION" policy. (Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time)

TREATMENT CANCELLATION BY LOUISE 

This very rarely happens! But if I do need to cancel a treatment on the last minute (less than 24h before the appointment) I will inform you as soon as possible and we will give you a discount for your rebooked treatment. 

DAMAGE, ACCIDENT AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS

  • Any damage to the treatment room or facilities or other accident or injury must be reported immediately. “Immediately” means in this context before you leave the studio at the end of your session. Failure to do so will by necessity invalidate any later claim. The company can accept no liability for accident, injury or misadventure caused by your own actions.

  • We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings left on the premesis.
