Come and join me in the most beautiful venue for a retreat day like no other. Join me at The Great Barn in Scarisbrick. A beautiful converted barn that sits in 10 acres of beautiful gardens, including its own lake. A truly stunning venue surrounded by beautiful countryside. Celebrating the summer solstice, which is more than just a seasonal shift; it's a time for new beginnings and change. It's a time to find balance in your life and muster up the courage to be the boldest version of yourself. The Great Barn is the perfect place to enjoy nature at its finest. The summer solstice is about nature, and it's also about your relationship with yourself. This day will be a day of reflection and looking forward with compassion for yourself. Itinerary 10am Welcome! Start with a nourishing fresh juice to start your day. 10.15am Morning yoga by the lake (weather permitting) to awaken the Chi (life force energy) 1.30am Releasing journaling and ceremony: time to let go of what no longer serves you so that you can call in your desires. 12.30pm A delicious lunch from Wildroot Cafe and a gentle walk around the gardens. 2Pm New Beginnings Ritual: Call in your desires and embrace the solstice energy—a time to create and set new beginnings into motion. 2.30pm Yoga nidra and crystal healing sessions. 4.00 Closing ceremony A truly restorative transformational day in the most beautiful surroundings.
