As a business owner, especially for those walking the spiritual path, the journey isn't just about business strategies and turnover; it's also an inner journey. I was recently asked by a client who knew what action she needed to take to move her forward but she just wasn't doing it. She asked me 'Why is this?, Why am I not doing the things I need to do to move me forward?" It was such a great question! The answer often lies in the dance between self-sabotage and fear. Let's unravel this and explore three transformative steps to break free from this cycle and propel yourself towards success:

Understanding the Roots of Self-Sabotage:

Self-sabotage often stems from the depths of our subconscious, where fears and limiting beliefs take residence. As spiritual entrepreneurs, our journey of self-discovery unveils layers of conditioning that may hinder our progress. Fear, in its various guises, is often the silent orchestrator behind our self-sabotaging behaviors. It could be the fear of failure, success, judgment, or even the fear of stepping into our true power. Recognising these fears is the first step towards liberation.

Spend some time in meditation or whatever takes you into a calmer place. Reflect on moments when you've held yourself back and ask yourself: What underlying fears or beliefs are driving these behaviours? Be gentle yet curious as you delve into the depths of your psyche. Through this process of inquiry, patterns will emerge, offering invaluable insights into the roots of your self-sabotage.

As you uncover the layers of fear and self-sabotage, it's essential to approach yourself with radical self-compassion and understanding.
