One of the things people often come to me for help for is feeling stuck, they may want a change in career, what they are doing for work doesn't light them up anymore and they don't know which direction to go in or they want to grow their business but get stuck in procrastination or overwhelm or they may want to welcome more financial abundance but they are stuck in a lack mentality and nothing changes.
Whatever the reason there's confusion and the way ahead seems vague and uncertain. It's familiar to me because this was me back in 2012. I was stuck in a job I hated, had an eating disorder and was suffering from ill health, one of the first things I did was go for a reiki session which changed everything for me and I started to ask the angels for help. In this blog I wanted to share some of the techniques I used to move me out of confusion and into clarity.
Every morning before I went to work I would sit and write a list of 10 things I was grateful for, even though I was in a bad place (and I hated my job) I knew that gratitude would help shift me into a better vibration. I would be grateful for as many things as possible such as the bus that took me to work, my work colleagues, the office you name it I would find a space in my heart to be grateful for it, here are a few journaling questions to help you
What aspects of my life am I currently grateful for, no matter how small?
Start by acknowledging and appreciating the positive aspects that already exist.
When was the last time I felt a sense of accomplishment or joy? What was happening at that time?
Reflecting on past moments of happiness can help to reconnect with positive experiences.
What are some qualities or strengths within myself that I am thankful for?
Prompting self-appreciation can shift the focus from perceived shortcomings to personal strengths.
Who are the people in my life that I am grateful for, and why?
Recognising the positive influences of friends, family, or mentors can foster a sense of gratitude.
Meditation & Visualisation
Meditation has been a huge part of my healing journey, when I first started I loved how I could free myself of worry or fear or the multitude of thoughts that were in my head during meditation.
Many of my clients say they find it hard to meditate, it takes practice and there are different forms of meditation that may be more suitable that just sitting and watching your , but everyone can meditate. It isn't about stopping your thoughts that's impossible! It's about recognising you are having a thought and letting that thought go and bringing your focus back to your breath or a mantra.

I spent a lot of time visualising the life I wanted. Use guided visualisations to create a mental blueprint for your future, focusing on the joy and fulfillment you seek.
Crystals to Help move you where you want to be
This is when I first started working with crystals to help me create a new life. I started with clear quartz & amethyst and then became fascinated with crystals, here are a few suggestions of crystal that can help you dissolve any negative patterns.
Black Tourmaline: Grounding and Protection
Place Black Tourmaline at your feet or carry it with you to anchor yourself and dispel negative energies.
Citrine: Manifestation and Abundance
Harness the uplifting energy of Citrine to invite positivity and manifest a brighter future. Place it in your workspace or carry it as a talisman.
c. Amethyst: Spiritual Insight
Amethyst's calming energy can open your mind to new perspectives. Keep it in your bedroom or meditation space for clarity and insight.
Energy Healing Techniques:
If you are feeling stuck then I highly recommend you go for energy healing wither reiki or crystal healing or even massage. I had an amazing massage therapist right at the start of my journey who was incredible in helping me navigate all the confusion I was feeling. Holistic therapies were a HUGE part of my healing journey.
Seek a Reiki practitioner for a session to balance your energy centers and release blockages that may be contributing to you feeling stuck.
Chakra Balancing Meditation:
I found a great chakra balancing meditation online and I used it often to help me balance my energy and help me leave my job and get better physically and mentally. Practice a guided chakra meditation to identify and balance any energy imbalances within your body, this will promote a sense of flow and vitality.
Feeling stuck is not a permanent state; it's an invitation for growth and transformation. You can create the changes that you desire but it takes dedication. By incorporating crystals and energy healing techniques into your routine, you can break through stagnation and step into a more vibrant and empowered version of yourself.
